If you're trying to take synthetics w/o a chewing motion + natural food then yes. Always take w/ real food. ashwaghanda would be better as a tea then a pill though.
The source of vitamin D3 could be from mushrooms which is No beuno, just get some of it on your skin - your vampires will go away.

Are you implying that Biden is not suffering from significant mental decline?

I don't know if we have to remove him yet, but it is obvious that he is a shell of his former self.

Full press conference from the 25th. It was fun at around 50:30 when he was asked about his plans regarding gun control and he started talking about infrastructure.

He was certainly bumbling and fumbling.

The dementia is real. To run for office as a public spokesperson and commander in chief requires tip top mental faculties. Its like entering a marathon with one leg. This is just a straight puppet easy to manipulate and push around.

i said it a year ago: those that are trying to dismiss biden's obvious mental decline, those that try to blame his speech impediment or make other silly excuses all the time, are either delusional or dishonest.
i think it's very obvious, especially if you compare it with some of his public appearances and speeches from years ago.

that being said, it's the absolute pinnacle of hypocrisy for trump supporters of all people to mock him, or act 'concerned' about it. they didn't give a shit when their cult leader had his weekly ramblings of a mad man - incoherent, unhinged, and removed from reality and facts.

with biden you can tell he has trouble to get his facts and words sorted under pressure and on the spot, and it seems rather obvious that the white house is well aware of that and tries to limit that kind of exposure.
while that might be concerning to a degree, it's still rather obvious to me that unlike his predecessor, biden lives in the real world though, has a clear strategy, and bases his policies on facts and expert opinion, and not on flawed understanding of basic economic concepts like deficits, on what fox and friends say, or what slogan did well on his latest campaign-style event.
he actually confronts authoritarian regimes like china, north korea, saudi-arabia (for now), and russia - and doesn't defend their leaders and crimes against the unanimous opinion of his advisors and intelligence services. so pretending that biden's decline is somehow a national security threat, after shilling for mr. "i believe putin / saluting random north korean generals / love letters for kim jong un / defending russian and saudi assassinations of civilians...", is laughable and incredibly disingenuous.

Eating meat technically isn't right but I do eat it because it tastes good. The supplements are mostly for post-workout to lower the levels of cortisol in the system which is catabolic and also they tend to be good soporifics. More sleep, more gains. Your insult would have fared better if I had vitamin B12 in my stack.
