Good. So out of tens of thousands of people, there were 52 felons and/or terrorists, all of which were arrested without incident. GOOD!

Show me, based on the video posted above, who qualifies as a felon OR a terrorist. I'll wait. :)

The FBI will have that link available shortly, you can count on that.

Also, I wouldn't call the taking over of the Capitol building and property damage without incident. Would you, Mr. Law and Order Trumpist?

What property damage? I'm still waiting on that. I've not made any real conclusions over this DC thing. I knew it was going to be a shit show days ago when it was first announced. But based on what there's video evidence of, the worst I saw happen was that tear gas was shot inside a building. If you're not aware, tear gas pushes all oxygen out of an enclosed and crowded space. Meaning people can't breath AT ALL. AKA, they asphyxiate and die. Seems there were a few prepared people that helped those who couldn't escape, but that kind of shit is unacceptable.

Occupying a public building is not only an accepted form of protest, the precedent spans back to the founding of our nation. It MUST be peaceful, but beyond that, unless it's something like an armory or base, there's virtually no recourse. It is literally owned by the public, and the public do have that right. Vandalism, property damage, theft/looting, and assault are required to make it a felony.

And again, I'm completely open to FBI crime data on this. Absolutely. I was responding specifically to the video above, and in that video, no crime was evidenced. The closest was a guy who was about to vandalize by trying to kick in a door, and was stopped before he could do so.

Oh gee, I dunno, the windows that were busted? Writing "Media Must Die" on one of the doors? Tearing off labels from doors? Yeah what damage? By the way, if you would have even bothered reading the report I linked you would have answered all of your own questions.

Nice critical thinking idiot.

So... What you're saying is writing a few words on a door and tearing off a couple labels makes this not only terrorism, but an attempt at insurrection, but burning down low income housing is okay because it's "just property"?

Maybe I am an idiot, perhaps you should use smaller words and double space them so I can understand your point better, because you've just painted the weakest fucking case ever before seen in a debate.

There you have it. The first bit of self-awareness. You're toying with the idea that you're an idiot.

Next step is acceptance.

No fence sitting.

5 different Portland Rioters have been arrested over 20 times each, and released without charges each time, after burning, looting, and assaulting other people.

People larping in the capital aren't frankly a concern to me at this point. It's a public building. Owned by the public, NOT by the politicians. If anyone is guilty of violence or vandalism, sure, lock them up. Those who went in and "occupied" peacefully? Don't care. They got their day to "matter". Done deal. Next week when the realization hits that they wasted their time AND were being idiots, all's well. The realization is good enough.

If you want to talk throwing somebody in a steel cage, entering a building they have the right to enter is not a reason. :)

The area was fenced off so it is considered trespassing at that point. I don't know what you are on about.. they do not have the right when cops are surrounding the building and told them they weren't permitted to enter the premises . No amount of mental gymnastics changes that fact .
