4 month sleep regression man..... been getting 2x 2 hour chunks per night and sometimes i just flash awake like i have a vietnam memory thinking she's wide awake and screaming but really she's dead asleep. which then led me to be insanely distractible, at work and otherwise.

so i logged off all social media and switched from podcasts/audiobooks to full run albums of music i listened to in highschool. even having a playlist on youtube had me itching to alt+tab over and swap songs. i feel like i have ADHD but on crack and have had to legit restrict myself from inputs for the first time in my life.

but last night she slept 6 hours in a row so im giving myself a treat and logging on jsp

overall she's not much of a fuss, but every once and a while she must be dreaming about sour milk because she wakes up with a scream.
