On paper, yes he could be impeached. In practice? "Just another perfect phonecall."

In practice there's many factors and outputs making impeachment BAD / GOOD for democrats OR republicans.

It could unite republican party (against trump) which is bad for democrats, on the other hand they could grab few points in polls but no major elections in planned in next months.
