I agree. Polluters should be taxed. Good to have you on the side of the carbon tax brother.

by the swamp you mean Trump and McConnel?

Because Trump signed the bill that McConnel wrote which made the middle class tax cuts temporary but the upper class tax cuts permanent.

Its one of the few things that really has everyone on the same page. Like Montreal protocol one of the few international agreements which was unanimous

I think we can all agree that people who don't return shopping carts should be picked off via rooftop snipers

You release two tons of co2 per year in the process of eating. I’d like to propose a 1¢ per bite and 10¢ per poop tax to offset these heinous polluters of society.

Sure. And then the biggest polluters will be paying trillions a year at those rates

I disagree. They provide jobs.

If you want carts returned, adopt the Aldi method. Carts lock into the line. You put a quarter into it, and you can pull out the cart. You finish shopping, put your groceries in your vehicle, then return the cart to the line. Once you've latched it in, you can pop your quarter back out and be on your way. Thus, any cart that is not returned, the customer has paid $0.25 towards the time required to make up for their laziness. :)

Edit: Note that there are NEVER stray carts at Aldi (or at least, none I've ever seen). If one customer doesn't return their cart, other customers will return the cart for the quarter. It's seriously the most efficient system ever. Germans did it right, on that one.

no, middle class tax cuts have been consistently extended in recent times (21st century). obama extended the bush-era ones and then trump beefed up the tax cuts. more likely than not whoever is running congress and the WH in 2025 will make sure they dont vanish. a lot of these events occurred before you started attempting to produce value, so its not your entire fault for not being able to comprehend them. try harder to reconnect to reality next time though

inb4 your usual repressed homophobic frustrated retort
