1. What do you base this opinion on? I think based on what happened experts believe it was most likely Russia. The intelligence community assigns differing levels of confidence to their reports, so it's possible the White House doesn't want to go public until there's more confidence. But given everything we know about Trump's relationship with Russia, it's reasonable to assume he's not relying on the opinion of the experts. Pompeo was blaming the Russians for it.
2. Pretending that the government has to release all the proof they have(which you couldn't even understand if they did) to believe in their assessments is nutty stuff, mane.
