While I don't think it's inherently immoral for the state to put people to death, I'm opposed to the death penalty.

Now that i looked into this case, both people had been shot in the head before he set them on fire at the orders of an older gang member who had just murdered two people in front of him.
Had he been white he would be serving life, the two 16 year olds involved in this crime are already out of prison.

The woman was still alive and died from smoke inhalation.

Anyone who thinks murderers should be allowed to continue to live is wrong.

It's more about confidence in the ruling. The innocence project has shown that a significant percentage of people on death row are innocent. In principal, if we know beyond any shadow of a doubt that the person committed some heinous crime like murdered a whole family in cold blood then I don't have an issue. The problem is that's just not how the law is applied in our country.

That may be true, but in many places, including homes, things like cameras exist. And like has already been stated, if youre white, you can conduct mass shootings and murder children with no fear of death yourself.

Many of those people on death row have also been there since before the widespread use of dna evidence. So pppfft.

Blacks have been committing anti-white hate crimes for fifty years and noone seems to care

Unfortunately there's rarely Beyond a doubt evidence like video camera paired with DNA evidence.

wrong. you're talking about SENTENCING rates, not actual crime rates, and if history has taught us anything, those aren't even remotely the same - especially not in your joke of a 'justice' system...
