They (Trump and his team/circle) still have 2 good months to pillage the WH and US federal ressources tho.
This creepy show of denial is giving an idea of what they are ready to do during this time. It's now a rush, an hold-up.
They could barely sell the ass of their country, the idea that Trump is stealing classified data to sell it back to the enemy is very realistic to me.

Especially when he said (was it really a joke?) that he will leave the country.

Nobody knows. No certified counts have even been released. No winner is declared. We could list several "reasons" for you, but mostly, it's just Trump being Trump.

Dems observe social distancing and were not told by biden to show up in droves on election day.

Republicans don't care about the rona and were ordered by dear leader to vote on election day.
