It's like libertarianism but with a soft spot.

Minimal govt regulation, only real govt agencies that exist are to help those who literally cannot protect them selves like children, elderly and resources needed for all like water.

Only way to pass any laws would be a VAST majority of 80+% so really the only laws on the books would be for Murder, Sex crimes, Child abuse IE just things that are almost universally accepted as wrong and certainly go against the non aggression pact that we all love so much.
