Black Friday crowds have already gotten violent in past years (even when none of the current stuff was going on). Anti-maskers have gotten violent about the covid restrictions. "Protesters" are already in the habit of looking for any excuse to start looting. Big crowds are the norm on that night already. And retailers rely on those crowds for their business. It's a powder keg, so cops should be on full alert waiting for something to go wrong. This sets the stage for bad situations in every town and city across the country on the same night.
