We need better security in ballots. Sounds like the most obvious fraid could be solved by watermarking the ballots and setting up dropboxes with bipartisan pickups, which is how some states do it.

honestly complicating voting more turns me off so much.

if we're going to have fraud i'd rather it be in driver's licenses and id cards.

make those free for people in person, or pay to do by mail with an exemption for low income.

then give election day a national holiday. even walmart and mcdonalds closed the fuck down.

increase polling sites, everyone gets the day off, ID to vote that you now have no excuse not to have.

The excuses for not having pic id to me are dumb. If you as an adult can't manage to get a license or a government issued pic id in 20202 then idk what to tell you. Almost all countries mandate picture id.

the govt could make a damn app that you take the pic with on a phone that mandates lighting, framing, and then deletes the background and replaces with white. its not like their system in person is run by rocket scientists.

but the list of federal holidays we have whilst not having voting day is absurd.
