1-2 wouldn’t be so bad, but when you have a dozen of such photos/videos it’s kind of weird.
Idk about your world but In mine I don’t touch or kiss other people’s kids. Like that’s just awkward and entirely inappropriate as a grown man.
Compeltly depends on upbringing and cultures. For instance here everyone picks up others kids, kisses them on the head, rubs noses, etc. From my upbringing that's compeltly outside of what I know since I didn't have a close family or a big one.
Admittedly I can't get used to it but I'd be seen as very disrespectful if I didn't allow a child to crawl up on my lap. People are highly family oriented and put great pride into raising their babies and assume that they should be loved by all and taken care of by all as of you were their parent. When I say babies I don't just mean toddler age.
I do my best to be respectful wherever I am but it's been an adjustment.
Another example, i have city friends who have come here. They think its awkward or unusual to wave and say high to everyone. Meanwhile someone like myself who has always lived rural thinks its incredibly disrespectful to not say high to everyone or intentionally avoid eye contact. I wave at every single vehicle and say hi to everyone i make eye contact with everyday.
