He is good at winning arguments for sure, especially against people less skilled at rhetoric, and will win an argument when he is wrong, often like I do here.

I'm sure he could prove that Socrates was immortal with an argument lol.

"Monopoly of violence on behalf of White America must be preserved" is his truth though. For example I am sure he feels differently about the black militia in Louisville then he does the armed white militias everywhere else. I just don't respect inconsistent/insincere people like that.

And OJ was a sports star, only a beta like Shapiro would call being a pro-running back in war simulation games to be peaceful. Good sports all speak to speed, momentum, and violence. Pro ballers beat the crap out of each other in competition.

you misunderstand the statement, he was "mostly peaceful" that night. not in his life.

much like at protests 90% of people there are peaceful, do no property damage, dont loot, etc. and he even allows that 10% of any population are assholes.

but on the night OJ killed his wife he was mostly peaceful, he was only violent 1 out of 12 of the hours. its an apt comparison.

if Ben feels different about blacks its probably due to rampant antisemitism in the black community, if i was gay i would feel weird about blacks as well and it would have nothing to do with their skin color.

OJ was a violent man his whole life and it is literally the reason it is famous. This is why he is good as rhetoric, he can make a point, that has poor presuppositions, and people are like 'true'. Guy who makes a career out of breaking other humans physically by sustaining reoccurring head wounds in gladiatorial combat was "mostly peaceful" until that night. A guy with a long history of violence and concussions being mostly peaceful until the hour he decapitated people just isn't accurate but people will nod and agree and say "true".

Everyone who loves this guy is way too impressed by rhetoric and never peel back the onion. Truth is there isn't much difference between the violent linebacker and the violent felon, just different coping skills and expression of that energy. We watched OJ because he was so good at violence...is an act of violence really surprising? What about Chris Beniot, he was mostly peaceful when he was diving off ladders doing flying headbutts until he had one hour of his entire life where he was violent and killed his wife and self, according to Ben Shapiro, lol.

I don't care how he feels about blacks, i only care who is advocating for police brutality. If he can't say that black lives matter that is his handicap.

But like ur post reads like you still dont even understand what he's saying.

1. his life history doesnt change that night being mostly peaceful

2. him switching the rhetoric isn't a trick, it's his point. that being that media personalities can phrase anything to sound a certain way.

so like idk man, slow down. i get it, people are fanboys of his and it can be annoying, but you're making his point while also missing his point. quite a feat.

BLM movement has a history of nonviolence and working within community structures like churches and nonprofits in efforts to reform. Its history of nonviolence isn't a myth, like his fictional story of OJ. I don't agree with the analogy.

Well that is good i suppose, that he has at least made that affirmative statement.

Pro tip: if someone says they can't breath, they might not be able to breath....take your knee of their neck a little....at least stop asking for a luau.

except that one is legal and the other is not. that a pretty big distinction.

in the same segment he says there's 2 ways to look at protests/riots

1. protesters and rioters are different groups, and those who throw rocks should be arrested, and those who are legit protesting and excercising their 1a rights should be left along.

2. protesters and rioters are the same group, and should be treated the same.

he agrees with #1, respects 1a, respects BLM's goals and rights to do what they do. and goes on to say that no person should agree with what happened to George Floyd, and if you do there's something wrong with you.

he also makes the argument that stressing personal responsibility and fixing home structures in low income areas is the best mechanism to fix the ghetto. i only mention that because people misconstrue this argument as non-caring and racist, when there is evidence to support this actually being more effective than many social programs. i tend to lean towards center and think that mentoring and teaching personal responsibility is just as important as vital social net programs, but its important to recognize both are valid and needed.

Duckling is a cop that thinks i hate cops and am a scum bag like the scum bags he busts everyday speeding to work.

I gotta pay out a ticket today or tomorrow from when a dog of the state robbed me on the way to work a couple weeka ago.

Legal deontology isn't an argumemt.

Also whomever is in charge of the law gets to define what is legal. Is your argument that legal events like the Holocaust and American Slavery were moral?

I'm more concerned about my moral character rather than being a good boy or girl.

i didnt say anything about legality and morality, thats a different matter. either way, its a fact that if you break the law you are putting yourself in danger of a confrontation with the police. if you choose to not cooperate, dont be surprised when the confrontation goes south.
