BLM movement has a history of nonviolence and working within community structures like churches and nonprofits in efforts to reform. Its history of nonviolence isn't a myth, like his fictional story of OJ. I don't agree with the analogy.
in the same segment he says there's 2 ways to look at protests/riots
1. protesters and rioters are different groups, and those who throw rocks should be arrested, and those who are legit protesting and excercising their 1a rights should be left along.
2. protesters and rioters are the same group, and should be treated the same.
he agrees with #1, respects 1a, respects BLM's goals and rights to do what they do. and goes on to say that no person should agree with what happened to George Floyd, and if you do there's something wrong with you.
he also makes the argument that stressing personal responsibility and fixing home structures in low income areas is the best mechanism to fix the ghetto. i only mention that because people misconstrue this argument as non-caring and racist, when there is evidence to support this actually being more effective than many social programs. i tend to lean towards center and think that mentoring and teaching personal responsibility is just as important as vital social net programs, but its important to recognize both are valid and needed.

except that one is legal and the other is not. that a pretty big distinction.
protip: dont commit crimes and theres a 95% chance (or more) that you wont get yourself into that situation in the first place.
when we want a recommendation on cringey modern metal we'll let you know sugar.
