I don't think he got 250 million guys...he settled for an unknown amount which is probably significantly less than 250 mil.

He def didn't get that from an out of court settlement. Much, much less, especially considering the lawyers get a cut of it.

But still, the whole thing was such an unforced error of epic proportions from WSJ and the general media. That guy is probably a entitled smug asshole and possibly more but WSJ just decided that, if someone is bad, might as well say they're the worst person alive at this current time.
They needed clicks afterall. I wonder how happy they are now?

How much in the red are they from that one article? Imagine how little they made off ad money from that article and a couple more in the span of a day or two compared to how much they must fork right this moment.
