Yea...A GENERATION ago. Attitudes change, especially when a shock event occurs. The world has changed substantially in 20 years ranging from the global war on terror, having a black president, social media, etc.

If the citizens of Mississippi don't like it, they can primary and/or vote their statue legislatures out.
