This sucks to here. It sounds like you believe that black lives matter then. Keep in mind that BLM does not say "only black lives matter" or "black lives matter more." It's a simple statement that they matter. They don't matter to me though so I don't care how many die.

When somebody wears a pink bracelet supporting breast cancer patients does it make you feel like they don't also care about lung cancer patients? How about when somebody tries to raise money for breast cancer research? I'd imagine not.

BLM is the same thing. When you say "Black Lives Matter" it's not saying "black lives are the only ones that matter". If you counter "black lives matter" with "all lives matter", you're doing the equivalent of telling a a breast cancer supporter "ALL CANCER MATTERS! WHY ARE YOU WEARING A BREAST CANCER BRACELET!?!?"

Apparently saucepot believes the man was not a lifetime criminal and got arrested solely because of the color of his skin.

I dont belive there is racial inequality. Its financial inequality. Poor people struggle.. no matter what color.
If your poor and cant afford an attorney. Well then no mater what color you are. Its gonna be hard to assert your rights.

I belive the police are semi out of control.. so reform is needed surely.. but defund the police? Who will stop the crime then

Police do not stop crime. Have you ever been a victim of a crime before? They come afterward, take a report, and that's about it. They didn't even tell me when my stolen truck was in impound lol.

Police violence against black people is a matter of black lives. They are at stake here, not mine or yours.

Nobody is bending over backwards making excuses for your executioners like they have been on this forum for the police who have murdered black people. They are trying to do medical chart reviews on a guy who had a grown man on his neck. Pathetic.

Also people who say all lives matter literally can't say black lives matter.

Squeaky wheel gets the grease. Almost like we only gave them full rights less than a generation ago and the systems that were entrenched to make sure that happened haven't been fully eliminated.
