i just love hearing that shit narrative. "people cant afford to save for retirement". as if no min TSM index funds arent a thing, and apps like Acorns dont exist. these are probably the same idiots who say no when a cashier asks them if they will round up 15 cents for charity, but then lecture people about not voting for bleeding heart liberals who want to do the same thing, but more inefficiently, through taxes.

To be fair I am sure people with no discernible skills like the ones who complain on the internet for a living probably can't save for retirement.

retirement savings is one of those things that's actually really easy, Acorns is terrible compared to a lot of better return funds but it can get the job done no doubt. people wouldnt even notice it lol. but nope, they're still banking on their college debt getting refunded and free healthcare when their body falls apart.

I think she'll be swapped out soon mainly for optics. Her and other democratic leaders whether correct or not, are attributed with failure, conspiracy, and flippy flop principles. Re-branding seems sensible and low effort. I just skimmed her bio, looks like she has never held a job, has an arts degree. That screams disconnected from reality to me. She looked so awkward yesterday behind POTUS.

Yeah, people are morons. My parents wasted money buying 50-70k vehicles every five years, gambling like addicts, etc. I do wonder what they think is going to happen when they quit working, I imagine they think I will bail them out. God bless we subsidize morons, so much virtue, so much wow.

My favorite thing is seeing a 25 year old Oil field worker with a brand new 2020 truck, pulling a trailer with 2x new snowmobiles, with custom work on them.
