This is a clear 2A infringement violation, but in the shaded gray area. The address discrepancy denials are a complete joke. Imagine you are homeless, what the hell would you put down? You probably have more need for personal protection too.
Only do Americans think it wise to hand out Guns to the homeless. wow.
How could that homeless person identify themselves as a US citizen and not a terrorist if he doesnt have any ID? people MUST identify themselves.

That is NOT what is at issue here, because he obviously has state-issued identification, and that makes him a citizen. They're nitpicking that the address THEY HAVE ON FILE for him doesn't match the address ON HIS ID. They're not trying to make sure they keep ammo out of the hands of illegals, California would never pass a law that targeted illegals.
? ya thats how it works. People need to be identified. Not every gun store clerk in the Country can physically identify individual police officers. It is not unreasonable to ask that addresses are confirmed across documents of identification. That is exactly why some places ask for two pieces of identity.
This is simple identification. nothing more.
You really think it would be better that no one IDs anyone to buy guns? Or more specifically, if someones information on their profile doesnt match the ID card they show you, do you still think we should sell them guns?
