I personally think the revenge porn is worse than the improper relationship. Any relationship with an employer+employee in it is morally iffy. However, it is relatively minor in the grand sense of improper things people in Congress do and have done.
I personally don't think that employee/employer relationships are a no-go. in maybe half of the cases, sure. it's bad. and in cases of "hook ups" it's probably higher. aka a boss that sleeps with staffers repeatedly. but in cases where they are actually dating and have feelings, i think it's not problematic much of the time.
but for someone who was at the front of the line against Kavanaugh and willing to drag his personal life into the public eye, and i am not necessarily dragging her for it, i have no sympathy for how her situation is playing out. those in glass houses should not throw stones. she lives in a house of glass big time.
i support ousting these people asap in these situations. so that we have consistency, savage consistency is better than kind inconsistency, and so hopefully over time people with less issues will run for office. if you dont have a life you're proud of then stay out of the public eye imo. dont come to office with skeletons in your closet, no love child, no secret homosexuality, no drug use past, etc. if you've got it, flaunt it, or stay the hell out of the game.
