A lot of people don't even make it to trial here. 95% of cases are plea bargained for charges completely unrelated to what actually happened. Nobody is facing anybody.
The question poor people face isn't "Are you guilty or innocent" it is "do you want 2 or 10 years?".
If OP is bitching about Trump then i dunno, we are talking about whistleblowers and that is protected activity. You don't have the right to face the people who report your crimes.
