in europe, sure. because you guys actually have single shot guns as a common thing. in the USA "semi automatic" is a buzzword to scare liberals ignorant of firearms. Many people dont even realize almost all rifles are semi automatic and that almost all handguns are too. for a long time it was connected to "assault weapons" for maximum effect.
and of course in this context if he had a pump he'd have killed more. jams are good some time, he was prob using shitty federal ammo. serves him right.
