its a disgrace, such a large country yet some people would turn on their own families for a few acres of land
lucky for me though, because thats one of the reasons my grandfather migrated to europe

Well more land isn't gonna help them is it? They need proper social programs etc. They kinda fucked themselves with the whole sovereignty over reservations thing. Another unequal treaty considering federal law still rules there and the Assimilative Crimes Act makes it so that even state laws are essentially federal law on reservations. So basically they have to obey the USGov but get almost no assistance from them.
