I don't think anyone would say that Hollywood isn't on the cultural and political left. What people argue with is the notion that all mainstream media is heavily biased to the left.

Roseanne isn't actually conservative. She is a Green Party supporter. She just hates the ultra-lib fascism and is a bit of a conspiracy theorist.

Last Man Standing is apparently coming back (bought by Fox) - I don't watch either of these shows.

ABC needed those ratings to compete though. They'll drop another lefty flop.
