Do you believe that, if this regulation had existed 113 years ago, Einstein's theories would not have been accepted? In other words, do you think Einstein's theories would have not been deemed "plausible and consistent" today?

I think that if Albert Einstein had proposed his theories today, he would have been asked to build a nuclear reactor to prove that his theories are accurate.

Nowadays, people despise theories.
Yet theories are something extremely important in science.

If theories are despised, what made Stephen Hawking so successful?

What do you mean "successful"?
He was a successful writer.
He was also a pretty good physicist, but he did not do anything really extraordinary.

It's The Simpsons & The Big Bang Theory that made Stephen Hawking famous.

OK, thank you for answering my questions.

Considering your combination of high effort at shit-posting, low effort at doing research, I have concluded that you're a fail troll.

Stephen Hawking studied black holes.

And he especially did science popularization.
He wrote the book A Brief History of Time.

He is a very good scientist, but he has not created extraordinary progress.
Did his work improve technologies?

No: he did not help miniaturize the computer hardware, and he did not help create a quantum computer.

His work is therefore not a huge step forward.

I think he especially benefited from favoritism because he is British.

Stephen Hawking has never received a Nobel Prize.
He did NOT create a significant scientific progress
.

I think he deserves a Nobel Peace Prize, because it's very important to popularize science.
But as far as I know, he does not deserve a Nobel Prize in physics
.

Maybe because he wasn't a computer scientist / engineer? Holy shit what is wrong with you

Low effort troll. QED is possibly the biggest advance in physics of the last century.

And then there's genome sequencing, genetic modification, the entire field of computer science, the list goes on.

OP thinks that the road to great "theories" is just spout nonsense over and over.
Well, IF your theories hold water, which they don't, then one day you might get a Nobel prize for them.

/e It may SEEM like a person can develop any theory and that sooner or later someone will prove it correct. Doesn't work that way.
Just because everyone thought Newton's gravitational equations were hogwash, but then they all found out he was right, doesn't mean that you are experiencing the same process.

In fact, if you don't cease and desist with your BS, one day they will lock you up for being a danger to yourself or others.
