I'm still confused. Neko spents like, dozens of hours a week just making multis and spamming all over JSP. What kind of person actually has this amount of time to do literally nothing all day? Why does he do something that doesn't even get a response 99% of the time over and over? Is he like, legitimately brain damaged?

I don't think so. The multi seems to be even dumber than Neko.

A few of them are some other creature than Pedosama. A Polish one or something
