List of lies in the OP:

1. "basically shut down the epa."

The EPA is not being shut down, "completely", "basically" or otherwise.
I wish it was. There are alternate, constitutional, better ways to handle environmental issues than this tyrannical federal agency.

2. "(by a company he holds stock in btw!)"

Several news reports say he sold his stock last year

3. his approach towards dismantling all environmental protection in favour of even greater business opportunities for his donors and partners from oil companies?

He is not attempting to dismantle "all environmental protection"

4. recklessly ignoring environmental protection

Scaling back and changing some things the EPA does is not inherently "reckless" or ignoring environmental protection.

5.to make a couple of million bucks for himself and his buddies?

The goal is not to make money for himself.
There are very legitimate reasons to oppose various things the EPA does.
Writing it off as just evil businessmen trying to make money is illegitimate.
Thats a view more fitting for one of those kindergarten environmental propaganda movies.
I understand you probably enjoyed FernGully and Captain Planet, i did too..but come on now.

I like that trump called global warming a chinese conspiracy but now gets credit for just scaling back and fixing the epa as if we could even know his plans. That's cute

One of those tweets on the BBC page is interesting, the one that says co2 levels at highest for 650,000 years. I legit didn't know we had records going back that far.

The more you know..

We call them gas bells, trapped in "perma" ice. (not so permanent anymore btw)

just because a spokesperson of his was quoted claiming he sold his stock that doesn't make it true. i wonder how we could possibly check such things? does anything come to mind? but i'm glad you showed me how unbiased you are by taking trump's word for it and just based on that called my statement a lie. same about claiming his "goal is not to make money for himself". how could you possibly know? why don't you hold yourself at least to the same standards you demand from me in order to call me a liar?

also, just because you disagree with my exact wording, that doesn't make it a lie that he's massively scaling back environmental protection (i give you point 3, i shouldn't have said "all" - some token protection that doesn't hurt the oil companies too much or would enrage even HIS supporters will likely stay in place) which has already been at a bare minimum in the united states if you compare it to other first world nations.

you are so focused on trying to prove me wrong by criticising my choice of words, you completely ignore the message itself. he IS shutting down the EPA and he IS pushing through these controversial pipelines. why don't you stop being such a biased trumpapologist and just tell me if you think his behaviour endangers our future or not?

I'll read about the OP later. Basically the US is still the largest polluter/capita.

Scaling EPA it back makes me think Americans are egoistic conservative chucks, polluting the world while getting behind on durable engineering and economics.

China and India will rule soon.

And apologists are working hard to defend him. They are routinely making Carl Lewis sized leaps of logic.

I absolutely believe in man made climate change. I think anyone who denies it is just afraid to accept it.

Your statement is a lie.
You have no proof he has those stocks, and reason to believe he sold them, but made the claim anyways.

Calling it a "problem with exact wording" is an interesting way of not recognizing your false statements when called on it.
You continue to fearmonger with emotional statements not based in reality. Take a breath and calmly think about it.

Any reason other than the word of a proven pathological liar who does his best to hide his actual identity?

I gotta see a Scotttrade print out or something

You guys managed to elect somebody even less honest and more corrupt than Hillary Clinton.

Guess Benghazi did what it was supposed to. Most expensive fundraiser in political history paid for with tax dollars.

Cam, why aren't you condemning Trump using executive orders more than Obama so far? He is on track to sign twice as many.

Calling him more corrupt than Hillary based on conspiracy speculation is ridiculous. Thats a very high bar.

I have consistently maintained that the raw number of executive orders isn't the problem. Its the content and scope that matters.
Im keeping an eye on it. This thread is about manipulation and promoting falsehoods in support of more federal regulation from one of the worst agencies, not the validity and finer points of executive orders.
