It's funny that those dumb Republicans out there on "the street" still think that the FBI just magically gets to indict people.
Typical liberal garbage, "dumb republicans."
How about the fact that the FBI has conducted an extensive investigation the last few months into this email crap and even whats come to the public light is enough to recommend indictment, not to meantion the stuff they haven't released to the public because its still too sensitive. You're right the FBI doesn't magically indict people, they make a recommendation to the DOJ who sends the case to the grand jury who decides to indict or not. You wanna see the odds of it happening if the DOJ takes the case forward?

In the more than 162,500 cases prosecuted by U.S. attorneys from 2009 to 2010, grand juries voted not to return an indictment in only 11, according to data from the Bureau of Justice Statistics — equivalent to one in 14,759 cases, or 0.0068 percent.
Now you might say that just because she's indicted that doesn't mean she's convicted. Well lets look at the conviction rate in Federal Court.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conviction_rateQuote
In the U.S. federal court system, the conviction rose from approximately 75 percent to approximately 85% between 1972 and 1992.[3] For 2012, the US Department of Justice reported a 93% conviction rate
Whether the FBI recommends it or not is yet to be seen, yes the sources I've seen tend to be from the conservative viewpoint but we'll see. I can't wait to see her go down in flames. If the FBI recommends to move forward she's toast. This might even be a blessing in disguise for the Democrats, Joe Biden has said he regrets not entering the race and he would be a much more electable candidate than Hillary or Bernie.
