Yes I agree with an upper age limit. We have dinosaurs determining the future of internet policy when an average 13 year old is more knowledgeable about how the internet works. There is a lower age restriction and I see no problem with amending in an upper age restriction. I believe 60 should suffice, this would also solve the problem of life long politicians. 2 birds with one stone.
Old dinosaurs know how everthing else works, but yes, too young or too old isnt right...
In France there is a serious problem about it... But i dont see any good solution
- "senility" test => can be faked/corrupted/various bad issues
- maximum aging => some ppl are pretty good at 80 unlike some others, thats unfair
btw if laws are half crap/bad because half of the power is in hands of giant corps thats another subject
