I disagree that human beings have a moral nature. I would argue that we have a set of instincts designed to keep the species alive that include things like don't kill one another, etc, that are the basis for a lot of our morals. But humans have the capability to think beyond our own instincts. So instincts, feelings, "natural human morals", whatever you like to call them, are moot.
/e And I'm not arguing for abortion, I'm just arguing that saying "I feel it is wrong" is a meaningless statement.
