Seems hard to find an average cost of divorce by state. I bet Nevada is the only state in that top list with above average attorney fees.

I know that I just wanted him to expand on why. I know of a lot of kids who aren't attached to their foster parents.

In general, the Red states are a mess. Besides having higher divorce rates, they have many other problems like higher obesity rates, lower literacy rates, higher poverty, fewer insured, etc...
