The only god I have is Life, and no religion has such god yet, so I do not have a religion and do not need one... you did not answer the question anyway, I did NOT ask "Do you need a God to live"...

Not as well as one could live with it.  The reason is very obvious.  God is much more powerful and capable of much more than any person on his/her own.  So when you open yourself up to allow that Power to work through you, you experience a better quality of life than if you spent it blocking yourself off from God because your ego tells you that you don't need Him.
