I've thought exactly the same thing, considering that many times I have had to look within the Gospel of John for proof of Jesus' divinity. No other Gospel says that Jesus is God. The Gnostics used the Gospel of John even though it was opposed to the Gospel of Thomas. I have my own theory that the Gospel of Q is even further opposed to the Gospel of Thomas.

I don't really care. I know I am not too educated on the bible, but I believe I know a shit ton for a layperson regarding the Gospel of Thomas and the Gospel of Q.

...and I do which is why I only pass on what I have been taught by those qualified to do so . I might have some random ideas on the occasional scripture or teaching but I never express them to anyone but a teacher who can expound on it or correct me .

That's a good thing. Although some might view you with authority to the bible, I'm sure no one views me as an authority on the bible, and, therefore, when I say I have a theory, it's most likely just nonsense coming from me from their point of view. Regardless, if I state my theory, then it will most likely arouse interest and skepticism, which is a good thing. I enjoy people looking at subjects and thinking critically about them. It's a process of individuation and refining your own viewpoints and understanding of your religion. Sometimes the experts are just wrong.

Now that youve made me think about it, I think that christians killed him because he was overpowered with his reputation and was becoming more power than the christians, theyve hidden the story and created a different one,.
And now on top of that are using his name to make money.

lol this copy/paste is quite humorous. I wanted to stop when I read "died for original sin", but then I actually stopped when I read that "because Mary referred to the dead body of Jesus as "him" rather than "it".. it must be false". lol.
