I saw this earlier and debated posting it here and asked the question does this women deserve to go to prison for 10 years? For taking 10 years of this mans life when he had potential to go to USC and receive an education and play college football.

Not 10, I'd say maximum 5 for perjury with extreme aggravating circumstances.

what if we had a death penalty for rape? False witness is in 10 commandments ...and if you poor it takes very little to convict you..if rich i am sure he would of been let go

tl;dr

This guy plead no contest to a rape charge (advice of the attorney) and spent 5 years in prison.  He was exonerated today because he was innocent the whole time.  The chick made it up.


now you see why i believe the things i do. No rape charges without physical evidence as determined by a physician.
