You are still over-extending yourself by accepting the absurd assumption in this method of slander.

1) All societies/cultures/religions have certain practices that can be pointed out as morally and logically bankrupt.

2) Saying one "bad" practice sums up a religions is no more valid than saying one "good" practice sums them up entirely.

3) Stoning animals to death, of which humans are animals lest we forget, is a fairly difficult thing to defend on a moral level, just admit it is inappropriate, whether it is humans, dogs, or rabbits. All you are arguing in this post is "yeah it's bad but this is other practice is worse so forget the fact they are doing something wrong." In so doing, all you have done is lent legitimacy to the absurdity I pointed out above.

Kind of like how you use isolated incidents of extremists to bad mouth all of islam, right?
