what evidence shows that it wasnt positive for black americans?

so you perfer 80+ % to live under 2$ a day, average life span at 43, 20% or more at peak in AIDS and the continent containing 11% of world population that only offers 1% of global exports? (36% of the 1% by south africa.. which shows terrible equity)?
