You could have 1% less test per year from 30-40 and then 2% less per year after that... Or you could keep being a jacked beast with better focus, higher bone density and more energy until you die.

Anyone over 40 who isn't on trt is fkin up. Or a lady

Lmao, you can't get more than 50% of the population to not be obese fucks who move a total of 30 minutes in the day of which the bulk of steps is to go piss.

Let's start with getting people remotely fit and eating well before we jump on the trt train. Trt probably isn't doing much for the general male populace, there's much, much greater underlying issues at hand currently.

Given Americans love for drugs already they're going to think trt is a substitute for lifestyle, which it most certainly isn't.

Guess we can go all in on drugs though. Pump them with glp1s until they're not obese, then pump them full of trt to fix their frail ass bodies.

Nah. Even guys who abuse it bounce back pretty quickly, you can see that in UFC fighters who had exemptions when that was still legal and then had to stop taking it when it was banned. You're going to bounce back to a normal man's testosterone levels tho, which after 40 is not an ideal level so you'll lose all of the benefits you were getting and just anecdotally it for sure will feel like your body is not producing enough... but it wouldn't have been producing enough even if you'd never done it, now you just know the difference.

I agree, the proper use of trt is to help people who have always been beasts maintain that long past middle age.

If yer fat and you've always been fat, take a fkin jog.

I will consider it one day but I'm well into my 30s now and while I don't powerlift now outside heavy deadlifts and front squats I'm probably more lean and high energy as I ever was. Probably helps I get a wild amount of outside time annually, hunting and fishing every weekend. But changing to just weighted pull up's, weighted dips, vinyasa yoga and kettlebells has probably done more good for my energy than anything else. Don't have the same CNS fatigue from constant liner periodization cycles doing mostly SBD and I'm also flexible as fuck due to all the yoga, knees are better than even.

Also want back to old school clock radio for the bedroom, no phones allowed.

I thought I was pretty healthy even just powerlifting but just those few changes even went miles for me.

I'll probably try to ride the lifestyle as far as I can.

It's once the fuckin slows down probably I'll actually have to consider it if Im honest.

Also giving up retarded heavy benching for clean and jerks with heavy bells was the best shoulder decision I've ever made.
