I am uncertain if it is solely the Left who are responding to the allegations made against Trump of child SA, of human rights violations, and of extreme gluttony and harm. I think that there are enough good people who identify as Right and/or as Christian and who see Trump as someone who is not a good nor safe choice for president nor for being involved with the Republican party in any capacity. I am not here to argue against Republicans nor Christians. I think that there are good people in any political party. I am just worried that a snake got into the Republican's metaphorical hen house and that he has no plans on leaving until he has secured a safe future for his kin and for the billionaires/trillionaires who have aligned with his goals of making himself and the very wealthy wealthier. Again, even a Democrat could be Trump-like. Not having integrity nor compassion can be found in all groups of people.

Regardless of your political stance this presidents chaotic behaviour should be a major red flag for anyone.

What likely happened is Trump was sitting on the toilet and saw the image, probably created by weird MAGA followers types that weave and look at Trump as some sort of saint/savior. It appealed to his ego so he decided to post it without thinking. Afterwards either someone told him or he realized that it'd be viewed as blasphemous so he took it down.

As a Christian i don't like it but is stuff like this enough for me to go for the other side? No, because on key social policies democrats are objectively more anti-Christian. I don't like that Trump has some questionable morals or he posts dumb shit and now blasphemous stuff, but that's stuff i can overlook relative to the fact that the other side wants abortions, targets traditional marriages and family values, etc.

Yeah. Or more likely someone made it because they thought it would be funny and then Trump reposted it because he thought it was funny. He’s a performer by nature, he’s constantly trying to be funny. He’s been this way his whole life, you can watch decades old videos of him trying to be funny, listen to him on Stern and in other interviews trying to be funny.

It’s exactly like the Trump Gaza video he posted with a gold statue of him in an idyllic amusement park in Gaza. It’s funny, that’s the only point. The fact that anyone takes it serious just makes it more funny.

I think it also ultimately depends to what standard you wish to hold an individual in office to and what mannerisms you want to see communicated to the next generations.

Funny in a sad way I suppose watching manners, class and decorum devolve into memes, poor morals, what would have been considered pretty poor behaviour, etc and people just pass it as, well its fine he's trying to be funny!

If that's what you subscribe to, its what you subscribe to. I think it's legitimately sad though.
