he's not guilty of any lol. im far from pro trump but what has the secretary of defense (no i wont call it war) done that is a war crime?
even if the iran school strike was the USA (it likely was) that's not a crime you could charge Pete with, that's a coordinated effort of the military and intel agencies who targeted the strike. Pete is a glorified cheerleader.
@op tho, first im hearing of this!
Huh Think he has ordered strikes on boats .."Kill Everyone" Order (2025):/ no quarter, no mercy for our enemies" while discussing U.S. forces in Iran. Legal experts and lawmakers warned that this rhetoric violates established laws of war that prohibit declaring that no survivors will be taken....
Hegseth has actively pursued a strategy of "maximum lethality" and "no quarter," aiming to reduce what he terms "tepid legality" in military operations. He has referred to rules of engagement as "stupid".
: Prior to becoming Defense Secretary, Hegseth was a prominent advocate for pardoning U.S. service members accused or convicted of war crimes, including Eddie Gallagher.
was a easy google to make you a small list of some of his crimes.. publicly stated by himself ..
Critics argue that his actions and rhetoric place U.S. service members at risk and violate both U.S. military doctrine and international humanitarian law.
Legal Context: International humanitarian law, including the Hague Convention of 1907, explicitly forbids declaring that "no quarter" will be given. Such a declaration is considered a war crime because it effectively orders the killing of anyone who attempts to surrender.
