Who are good guys with guns in this conflict?

The way I get it - and I’m by no means a Venezuela expert - economic fiasco of Caldera policies in 1990s paved way for Chavez who came in on leftwing populist wave and nationalized American interests. US sanctioned Venezuela, however they managed relatively well under Chavez despite sanctions. Maduro has not been as successful as Chavez and most probably will have to go one way or the other.

Another case of a weak tyrant dictator, lots of oil and lack of democracy!

The annexation of Venezuela would be the best thing to happen to Venezuela in a 100 years.

Step 1: Rename the gulf like its yours
Step 2: Start blasting boats in your gulf
Step 3: Attack another nation in your gulf when they get huge
