I've always wondered why the police where negligent in their duties to police the city during the unrest, leaving opportunity for necessity of a militia and slop outcomes.

How is it off-topic to discuss what someone falsely described as "right-wing terrorism"? Talking about Trump’s conviction does seem off-topic though as it doesn’t have anything to do with the subject discussed here. I’d suggest one of the other 20 Trump threads for that!

They're terrorists; the United States has a long tradition of killing foreign terrorists without trial. Obama even went so far as to kill an American citizen without trial.
