There is an active, paid for and directed drive, across various media platforms, to shit on Tesla, its basically an attack on Elon Musk, noting he is very much not liked.
Electric Cars are the future, Elon Musk is a Pioneer, and the Tesla Brand is something to be proud of (for our species, not just for the Yanks), if you dont like the brand for whatever reason, build a bridge.
This is happening because there's a lot of special interest groups likely to lose tens if not hundreds of millions due to DOGE. Not just government workers but many private contractors that have been fleecing the government for many years.
They're trying to hit back at Elon with some of these methods. Basically damage his brand/product in an attempt to hurt sales, to hurt his image. I don't think it will work though. Remember when wall street tried to strong arm Elon and demonetize to damage Twitter? Fast forward today, all those corporations that boycotted Twitter are back on Twitter while Twitter received a recent re-evaluation of $44BN, showing little to no value erosion since purchase.
