With his current tariff success I do believe he will get the economy in line (albeit not fast and it will get worse first for sure). However I think it’s going to lose the US all the good will and allies it has left.

Dunno if that’s a good trade off.

I can agree with that. I’m hoping it’s more of a scare tactic. We definitely have border issues. We definitely have a reliance on cheap Chinese goods.

I feel Canada may have come to the table without a major move. Mexico probably would of too with their current president.

I only hope Canada will stop bringing in American made dog shit vehicles like Ford, Dodge, Chev and bring in more Japanese models. So many great smaller perfect efficient utility trucks out there the auto lobby groups have fucked us over on getting. Same with great adventure vans.
