I mean. Until they deteriorate and you cant use them in Russia's case. If most of these middle eastern countries start producing nukes to any decent scale, they wouldnt just be sitting around collecting dust until they become inert. They'd likely be getting used, that part of the world is almost perpetually at war because they cant get their shit together, and alot of the small groups have more ego than brains, the governments also cannot protect the weapons from these smaller groups like the US can.

The question is would you like to find out? Iran might be hiding the capability to prevent sanctions/preemptive strikes. What you can be certain off Iran can launch ballistic missiles into Israel past iron dome. That's what freaked out the Israelis and why they're trying to create a buffer zone.
