there's no shortage of understudies willing to take up shadowy positions in order to enrich their own lives.

we can't get rid of corporate puppets, military industrialist warhacks, or corrupt inside traders.

all we can do is try and remove the ways in which they enrich their own lives. make stock purchasing illegal, make corporate lobbying illegal, and stop participating in wars around the world.

This. I can't think of a scenario where the current party establishment backs her campaign, especially with the stance on Israel/Palestine. They'll run with some milquetoast career politician and hope the Republicans don't have anyone interesting to offer after Trump.
