2. I lived and worked in Cali (construction), for approx. 25 years.
3. Cali have TWO major problems... fire dues to drought and rain, like Noah's Ark.
4. They know they have these problems, but they disregard them when... building.

It rains in Cali for three months solid. Everything floods, houses slide off their foundations, etc. That's their winter.
In the summer, absolutely no rain. Everything dries out and burns.

This has been going on for 100's of years.

Then add to that... the earthquakes.


Do they learn? Nope.
And every year they grab the biggest piece of the Federal funds. Funds that could be used for real disasters elsewhere.

How much money elon musk has in stocks makes no difference, he makes 100k per year as the ceo of tesla so he can't even afford to feed his 12 kids.

I spent 25 years in Cali... watched how they did things.
Other than their great education system (if you're left leaning), they're pretty much doing everything... wrong.

Almost forgot. They have great roads in Cali (when they're not flooded or covered with landslide). No potholes. :-)
