100% agreed. im not as 100% sure that geoengineering as a whole hasn't had some effect on hurricane strength generally, but its because im no geologist and haven't researched enough.

general logic tells me that if releasing Co2 into the atmosphere can have an effect, and i believe it does, that cloudseeding can also have negative effects beyond just increasing precipitation. we have never in human history more or less created a new technology that's turned out to be side effect free. usually takes a long time to smooth out the lumps.

agreed, c02 affects climate big time but every country or corporation that dumps carbon pollution into the atmosphere is guilty of geoengineering. you cant however generate hurricanes at-will like MTG seems to think lol

Potential to control a hurricane is an actual reality with patents to prove it.

I mean that is literally what volcanoes do when they erupt. The 1991 Mount Pinatubo eruption launched a massive amount of sulfur into the stratosphere which caused a global cooling effect that took a few years to dissipate

Causing a hurricane is a very possible unintended consequence of cloud seeding or other geoengineering actions, however, to weaponize it to cause a hurricane where and when you want it I don't believe can be done. That level of control and understanding isn't there

Yea look up the video where Dr. David Keith of Harvard(the most well known name in "solar radiation management" / "stratospheric aerosol injections" / "geoengineering" gets a question "have you done any tests about the toxicity/side effects" and he says something along the lines of "we intend to figure that out" "it could be much worse then we think". Then he says the most cringe thing ever, "It's sort of like free-riding on your grandkids".





You must not understand when I say "overnight" in quotes like that I'm inferring it happened so quickly it cant be natural. I think everyone reading this right now knows when I said "overnight" I didn't literally mean from 9pm-3am.
