When power drunk meets entitlement.

The cop that's too agro is getting reprimanded, should we hold our breath for the other side or?

if you saw tyreek hill in a mcclaren, and you didnt know who tyreek was, and you're a cop, you'd be a fool to not at least suspect a stolen vehicle.

Why are you triggering me as a Black Power guild member?

If I didn't turn off my engine, wouldn't show a cop my hands and kept rolling up my windows and refusing to talk to him, I'd get my ass dragged out of a vehicle and slammed on the concrete too.

Rolling up a full tint window after giving cops attitude/being verbally combative is definitely pretty retarded. Idk what he's thinking here. I still don't get why people can't comprehend that like 95% of these encounters can be easily avoided/deescalated by simply not behaving like an asshat.

Over the weekend star wide receiver and Miami Dolphin Tyreek Hill was detained on his way to the stadium.

He was initially pulled over for what police cite as reckless driving. and police noticed he also wasnt wearing a seatbelt.

the second he rolls his window down he's combative, which is his right. his first mistake however was rolling his window back up, especially because it has such a dark tint.

in this scenario its entirely acceptable for police during a traffic stop to demand he leave his window down, for their safety. what follows however is a mess.

in a matter of 5 seconds or under he's told "keep the window down"...."or i'll get you out of the car"...."matter fact get out the car"....."open the door".

then a 2nd officer barges in, opens the door, pulls tyreek out, and pushes him to the ground. not an assault, but too aggressive and too fast to be in line with training guidelines.

later in the stop he's given about 1 second to sit down before he's pushed into sitting on the curb. the same aggressive officer goes on to threaten and give conflicting commands to tyreek's team mates who pulled over.

as we often see in these situations legal but unadvisable behavior sets off the most aggressive officer in the bunch, who then goes on to escalate the situation without any other officers stepping in to deescalate. all it would take is one cool headed officer, and there were several present, asking the clearly agitated officer to clear the perimeter or step off to contact dispatch for a superior officer on site. there was a crowd gathering and someone needed to do that anyways. instead they all sit back and allow a cop to stay hot even while the suspect is in cuffs and danger is off the table.

unfortunately we dont have video of tyreeks driving which apparently prompted the stop, as cams seem to trigger on once they initiate the stop.

tl;dr guy in a wife beater swerving lanes gets pulled over in a mclaren with blacked out windows, on the cell phone during the stop tries to roll up windows. lazily responds to lawful but aggressive commands, and overzealous officer escalates the situation well above what is warranted.

unlawful arrest, specifically not reading any rights. excessive use of force; neck choking to ground while cuffed without a lawful order to sit, & many other 1st amendment violations.
this is an easy case and win. the beano badger will should be working as walmart greeter in the next year.they also did not supply tyreek with medical options when he alerted them of his need given the surgery. they mocked him instead, also a violation of the role of a peace officer.
its the keystone cops/10 imo.

those officers were looking to spiritually bully a very strong willed person. since it's Tyreek they needed to try & smash his ego to do this.
while they failed to do this, they were still seeking to feed on his anger or adrenaline in the attempt, i'm sure they got enough of that adrenochrome.

TLDR this was a spiritual set up in an attempt to feed on his fear induced adrenaline from a would be troop of missing frontal lobes housing strong demonic spirits

its the case of the "his PANIC" cap'n
pretty sure thats how satan's spiritual scribes encoded it from atlantis.
tyreek hill vs the 7 trykee hills/11.

Toxic entitlement got the best of Tyreek.

Don't act like a spoiled brat idiot and you will have zero problems with cops. Zero.

Rich entitlement. Nothing would have happened except a ticket (most likely).

But we learn fairly young in North America the famous and wealthy are exempt from the law so unsurprising they act the part. They just didn't immediately recognize him. Tune changed once they did.
