NYC law enforcement estimated the crowd size at 8-10k, so the pic shown in the OP is definitely from hours before the actual rally began. That's not as big as the 25k number Trump claimed, but by now, we should all be aware that everything is bigger in Trumpworld. :rofl:

Still, drawing a crowd of this size in such a diverse and deep-blue place is impressive. Even the CNN reporter on the ground confirmed that the crowd was bigger than Democrats could be comfortable with, and that a large share of the attendants were people from the Bronx:


Seems like they got different instructions from their higher ups the day after the rally when all of the MSM was suddenly trying to spin it as "Trump's Bronx rally was small and pathetic".

They only had a permit for 3,500 people, so even 10k seems exaggerating unless someone failed pretty bad at their job

Did some research on this, and the picture is from during the actual event. The time showing 11:09 is due to it being from ABC7’s Eyewitness News @ 11PMs recap of the rally: https://x.com/FPWellman/status/1794001941569089868

Oddly enough the official recording of this is scrubbed from ABC7s site as of now

Don't you find it ironic how for years people have discussed Biden's low numbers when it comes to "public speaking" and who shows up?

Then when it's assumed a "smaller then average Trump crowd" is a reality the media goes haywire?

The only reason I bring up crowd size is because of the fact that republicans continue to lie about it. I wouldn't even touch it if the claim was correct, but yet again there is lying. Why lie? That is where I am going.

As for your what the people "need", I would say it doesn't need a lying president. Trump told 30k+ lies while in office, did the worst job during the pandemic, and set us back 7.5 trillion in debt. We can attribute A LOT of the pricing today due to his term. You can't just break a bottle of spaghetti sauce on the floor and expect the next president to ignore the mess. Cleaning up the mess takes time, and can cause some differing numbers.
