Most individuals with Klinefelter's decide to be an infertile man. It spirals out with the other disorders into many more options.

Transgenderism is a completely different issue to discuss. It involves people choosing roles for their lives contrary to their phenotypes. I doubt there will be agreement on that issue due to complicated issues like blanket insurance for cosmetic plastic surgery at certain ages.
