If your popular pastime is spreading homosexual propaganda, then definitely yes

Waving flags and displaying symbols shouldn't be prison-worthy.

And the government calling things "extremist" is just a pretext to send people they consider degenerate to prison.

That said, I am against the whole LGBT movement. I think they corrupt young people and turn them into future degenerates. But sending them to prison seems a bit oppressive to me.
